Started With a Frustration
Back in early 2019, Thaksin Rattanakorn and I were sitting in yet another budget meeting where nobody could explain why marketing had overspent by 40%. The reports existed, sure. But they were buried in seventeen tabs across five different files.
We spent that entire weekend building a simple tool to track where money actually went versus where we planned it to go. Word got around. By mid-2020, three other companies asked if we could do the same for them.
That's when we realized this wasn't just our problem.
